Manager People in M&A - Strategy

As a Manager People in M&A at KPMG Strategy, you will leverage your HR expertise to ensure the human side of mergers and acquisitions succeeds. You will advise private equity and corporate clients on acquisitions and strategic issues, conducting HR due diligence and designing integration plans. This role involves collaboration with finance and C-level executives to identify cost synergies, manage reorganizations, and negotiate with labor unions.
