The Manager, People serves as a day-to-day business partner for assigned Corporate functions, translating functional priorities into practical people plans and delivering core People processes. This role provides guidance to leaders and associates, resolves routine to moderately complex matters, and leads a small team to strengthen organizational effectiveness and the associate experience. The position involves coordinating with People Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent execution of talent management, associate relations, and organizational change initiatives.
