The incumbent acts as a process architect and execution enabler, driving planning stability, governance, and data-driven decision-making across short- to long-term horizons. Collaboration with cross-functional teams focuses on eliminating volatility, ensuring on-time execution, and leveraging advanced analytics for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Drive site-level long-range manpower and resource planning aligned with business outlook
Improve MPS stability across short-term and mid-term planning horizons
Establish and monitor MPS adherence and freeze discipline
Develop advanced Excel-based models for efficient planning and reporting
Leverage SAP and Kinaxis for planning analysis and performance tracking

Skills

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in manufacturing environmentsStrong exposure to planning and schedulingHands-on experience with SAP and Kinaxis systemsAdvanced Excel proficiency with macros
