Manager, Plant Controlling

The Plant Controller at Harman supports the premier UK manufacturing site in Worthing by acting as the key finance business partner to the Plant Manager. This role ensures the plant's profitability and competitiveness by supervising a small staff and managing manufacturing finance, including spend analysis, budgeting, and inventory control. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Manufacturing Controller and play a visible part in the organization's manufacturing controlling efforts.
