Manager Plant Engineering

The Manager Plant Engineering develops and implements plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects, maintenance, and reliability improvement programs. This role provides leadership to the Early Management Pillar, partners with production and maintenance managers to address factory losses, and leads the plant technical organization to achieve key performance goals. The position is responsible for managing technical expense budgets and collaborating with Corporate Engineering on capital budget delivery.
