Manager, Plant Maintenance - Port Westward

The Manager, Plant Maintenance leads the maintenance organization responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and economical operation of power plant equipment and systems. This role provides technical and operational leadership for maintenance programs, preventive and predictive maintenance practices, outage planning, and maintenance execution while ensuring compliance with applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements. The Manager oversees maintenance personnel, contractors, budgets, procurement activities, and resource planning to maximize plant availability and reliability.
