About this role
The Plant Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads NOVONIX Anode Materials' Riverside graphite manufacturing facility to ensure safe, efficient operations and consistent product quality. This role requires hands-on leadership in manufacturing environments with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement across the plant. The position is fully onsite at the Riverside facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with hours subject to production needs.
