About this role
The Corporate Predictive Maintenance Leader will develop and scale a Predictive Maintenance program across multiple manufacturing sites to improve equipment reliability and OEE. The role sits on the Reliability Center of Excellence and partners with cross-functional and external technology/service providers to standardize PdM tools, processes, and KPIs. This position reports to the Director of Continuous Improvement and supports technical transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
