Manager, Prior Authorization

This role leads the team responsible for securing insurance approvals for patients' obesity management medications and treatments, ensuring timely and accurate authorization processes. The Manager oversees both in-house and outsourced resources, drives continuous improvement in tracking and resolving authorization requests, and reports directly to Central Operations leadership. The position requires strong vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of payer requirements and prior authorization lifecycles.
