Manager, Proactive Interventions and Retention (PRINT)

The Manager, Proactive Intervention and Retention (PRINT) at Athena is a strategic operations leader charged with establishing and scaling the Executive Support and Interventions subfunction to protect and strengthen client partnerships. The role emphasizes system-building, early-stage intervention programs, and measurement to minimize escalations and improve retention. The position reports to the COO and works closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Billing, Legal, and Membership.
