Manager, Process Development Engineering

The Process Development Engineering Manager leads the engineering bridge between Product Development and commercial manufacturing, ensuring products are designed for manufacturability and successfully transferred to contract manufacturing partners. This technical leadership role within the Research & Development organization is responsible for establishing the Process Development Engineering function and overseeing the commercial lifecycle of medical devices. The position focuses on building high-performing teams, improving engineering processes, and partnering with contract manufacturers to deliver high-quality medical devices.
