Manager, Process Engineering

This role involves leading the product and process development for new and modified golf balls, managing the commercialization process, and overseeing manufacturing instructions and specifications. The incumbent will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to drive process improvements, cost savings, and quality initiatives while supervising Process Engineers and technicians. Key duties include generating capital project requests, conducting vendor audits, maintaining product material bills, and supporting lean manufacturing methodologies.
