The Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS) is seeking a Manager, Product Development to lead a multidisciplinary product development team spanning software development, product ownership, business analysis, and project delivery. This fully remote, permanent role provides hands-on technical and people leadership to ensure the team's products and technology align with CaRMS' strategic objectives and match-cycle requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external development partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions.
CaRMS (Canadian Resident Matching Service) is a national not‑for‑profit organization that administers the residency application and matching process for medical graduates in Canada.
