The Manager, Product Sustainability Compliance & Regulatory Programs leads the implementation of global product sustainability regulations, including PPWR, EPR, and CBAM, across PHINIA's global operations. This role serves as the central coordinator for translating regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and driving compliance across the supply base and customer-facing activities. The position partners with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure effective regulatory incorporation and continuous improvement.
