Manager, Production

This role supports the overall vision of the Manager, Production by optimizing workflows, procedures, and training to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. The incumbent leads the Business Support team in providing administrative assistance to Production Managers and Supervisors while managing the Training Within Industry (TWI) program to build workforce competency. Additionally, the position assists in facilitating Material Review Board processes and driving Operational Excellence initiatives within the production department.
