Manager (Program Planning & Controls)

The Manager, Program Planning & Controls leads integrated scheduling and risk management for Airbus U.S. satellite programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and risk baselines are developed and accurately reported. This role provides leadership and process governance to a team of schedulers and a Risk Manager, driving best practices in planning and controls across hardware, software, and IRAD efforts. The position reports to the Vice President - Space Program Management and supports predictable execution in a complex aerospace and defense environment.
