The Manager – Experience role at Meesho’s Fulfillment and Experience team focuses on shaping end-to-end shopping journeys for users and sellers in India’s emerging e-commerce markets. The position works closely with business, product, tech, and data teams to reimagine fulfillment and experience, especially for tier-2 and tier-3 cities. The role emphasizes building scalable processes, driving innovation in user and seller experience, and ensuring Meesho remains the preferred e-commerce channel for diverse customer segments. It also involves full ownership of performance metrics related to fulfillment and experience within the assigned domain.
