The Manager, Project Delivery leads and develops a high-performing team while overseeing the successful delivery of project portfolios and programs across EPCOR's water and wastewater operations in Edmonton, Alberta. This role provides leadership through coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Manager serves as a steward of key programs and project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities, maintaining program integrity, managing budgets and risks, supporting contractor management requirements, and monitoring outcomes to drive organizational success.
