Manager, Project Development – Transmission & Distribution

The Manager, Project Development – Transmission & Distribution leads the development of utility-class, high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, substations, and grid interconnection facilities for industrial and commercial customers. This role manages all aspects of project development, from site identification and permitting to utility coordination and construction handoff, ensuring reliable grid access and purpose-built electrical infrastructure. The position requires extensive expertise in high-voltage T&D systems and cross-functional collaboration to advance projects through the ERCOT or applicable RTO/ISO interconnection processes.
