Responsibilities

Manage multi-million dollar budgets, contracts, schedules, and quality control provisions.
Coordinate work between architects, engineering consultants, and construction firms.
Ensure compliance with NFPA, JCAHO, OSHA, and local building codes.
Direct work sequencing to minimize disruption of ongoing hospital operations.
