Manager, Quality Assurance

The Manager, Quality Assurance leads home office-based quality strategy and cross-functional QA execution across assigned product categories, brands, suppliers, or regions. This role partners with internal teams and external vendors to proactively identify quality risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure quality expectations are consistently executed throughout the product lifecycle. The position serves as the primary connection point between home office stakeholders and regional or factory QA resources to translate brand priorities into clear quality expectations and continuous improvement actions.
