Manager, Quality Assurance

The Manager, Quality Assurance leads the company's pre-close and post-close quality assurance programs across the loan origination lifecycle, overseeing people, workflows, and controls to ensure timely and accurate file reviews. This role combines hands-on quality assurance expertise with strong people leadership, coaching analysts and managing performance while identifying risks before they impact borrowers or regulators. The position serves as the primary point of contact for finding disputes, reassignments, and cross-functional QA discussions.
