Manager, Quality Control

The Manager, Quality Control leads the Quality Control team within the Transplant Technology Center, providing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and MDSAP requirements. This role partners cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to resolve issues, support product development, and drive continuous process improvements. The position is responsible for managing team performance, overseeing investigations, and ensuring inspection readiness while fostering a culture of quality excellence.
