The Manager, RCM Training & Excellence ensures RCM employees perform their work correctly and consistently by owning new-hire onboarding, role-based training, SOP maintenance, competency testing, and quality reviews. This role collaborates with RCM leaders and subject-matter experts to align training with actual workflows, payer requirements, and system changes while measuring employee performance post-training. The position reports to the Director, RCM Operations and focuses on identifying areas for additional training or process correction.
