Manager, R&D Contract & Budget Management

The Manager, R&D Contract & Budget Management provides operational and analytical contract support for R&D business functions, managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle. This role partners cross-functionally with R&D stakeholders, Legal, Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient, and cost-effective contract execution. The Manager works independently on standard agreements and operates with moderate autonomy, escalating complex legal, financial, or risk matters as appropriate.
