Manager recouvrement H/F

This role leads the debt collection and vulnerable customer support function within the Finance team at Octopus Energy France. The position is responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to reduce unpaid bills while ensuring socially responsible support for financially vulnerable customers. It includes direct management of project managers, credit assistants, and a social worker, and close collaboration with technical, marketing, customer service, and data teams.
