The Manager of Business Intelligence for MISR Reporting serves as the global process owner for Lumen's Monthly Incremental Service Revenue reporting cycle, overseeing the people, process, architecture, and production behind it. This role ensures accurate, timely, and reliable financial insights by leading a team of business intelligence analysts and developers, driving modernization onto cloud and AI-enabled platforms, and partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders. The position requires deep institutional knowledge to steward sensitive financial and Public Sector data while maintaining strict validation and documentation standards.
