Manager Retail Analytics

Rogers Wireless is seeking an experienced analytics professional to lead Retail-wide target setting, target relief, and performance analytics. This role provides analytical leadership, governance, and data stewardship to deliver accurate, reliable, and actionable insights supporting sales performance, compensation, forecasting, and strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will coordinate the evaluation and socialization of target and relief initiatives across the Retail organization, partner with senior leadership, and help modernize reporting through automation and cloud transformation.
