Manager, Revenue Accounting

The Manager, Revenue Accounting will establish and manage scalable revenue accounting processes, policies, systems, and controls to support Compass Pathways' transition from a clinical-stage biotechnology company to a commercial organization. This role leads the accounting framework for the order-to-cash cycle, including revenue recognition, gross-to-net accounting, and accounts receivable, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial arrangements are accurately reflected in the company's financial reporting. The position plays a key role in preparing the company for potential U.S. commercialization and first product launch.
