Manager - Root Cause

The Manager - Root Cause leads a team that identifies, analyzes, and resolves systemic failures revealed through customer complaints across the mortgage origination and servicing lifecycle. This role works cross‑functionally with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Risk to translate complaint trends and regulatory findings into prioritized corrective actions, aiming to reduce customer harm and regulatory exposure while driving continuous improvement.
