As the Manager, Integrated Safety & Compliance, you will lead the development and implementation of an integrated safety management system covering occupational health, aviation, public, and contractor safety. Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will manage a team of Safety Coordinators, ensure regulatory compliance with Transport Canada and federal legislation, and drive continuous improvement through risk management and incident investigations.
