About this role

The Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting serves as the lead for external reporting and technical accounting within the Finance Department, collaborating with various teams to shape the financial roadmap and ensure regulatory compliance. This high-visibility role is responsible for the preparation, accuracy, and execution of public consolidated financial statement filings, earnings release data, and subsidiary financial statements. The position also involves leading high-impact ad hoc finance initiatives to support business operations.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and filing of external financial reports including Forms 10-K and 10-Q
Draft financial statement disclosures footnotes and Management Discussion and Analysis
Research and evaluate technical accounting positions for complex non-routine transactions

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business disciplineCertified Public Accountant (CPA)
