A Manager, SIOP-Demand Planning for Power Systems leads the end-to-end demand planning process and serves as the owner of the demand signal for the Power Systems business, driving accurate, data-driven demand plans that align with commercial insights, product requirements, and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of demand planners responsible for forecasting across Power Systems product lines and regions
Establish governance and accountability for forecast ownership across the organization
Oversee the development of statistical baseline forecasts and the integration of commercial, product, and market intelligence into a Consensus Demand Plan
Align cross-functional stakeholders on assumptions and consensus demand plans
Translate unconstrained and constrained demand plans into actionable, aligned revenue forecasts in partnership with Finance
