Manager, Site Due Diligence & Pre-Development

The Manager, Site Due Diligence & Pre-Development leads the due diligence process for prospective data center sites, coordinating civil, environmental, geotechnical, entitlement, zoning, permitting, and infrastructure assessments. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to evaluate site feasibility, mitigate risks, and prepare projects for acquisition approval and transition to design and construction.
