About this role

Forcepoint is seeking a hands-on technical SOC Manager to personally design and operate the company's internal security operations center while leading a small team of analysts. This role requires building detection rules, developing SOAR workflows, and extending the capabilities of an agentic AI SOC platform from the ground up. The ideal candidate will combine people management with deep technical expertise to define operating procedures and drive security posture improvements.

Responsibilities

Personally author and tune detection rules at the field logic level
Design and operate SOAR playbooks and automation workflows end-to-end
Hire, onboard, and develop a growing team of SOC analysts
Build SOC processes and define operating procedures and metrics
Lead incident response including containment and post-incident reviews
