About this role
The Manager, Social Media at Understood will execute and manage the organization’s social media strategy to engage audiences, build awareness, and advance the nonprofit’s mission. The role reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing and works cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and program teams to support campaigns, product launches, and organizational goals. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the NYC office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
