This working manager role oversees both Gen 4 development and Gen 3 sustaining efforts, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and quality standards while mentoring the engineering team. The position requires deep technical involvement in architecture reviews, code reviews, and defect triage to maintain high-quality, reliable medical device software.
