The Sourcing Lead for Timberland Apparel will lead the sourcing organization to build and maintain vendor partnerships that align product development with the brand’s design vision and growth plans. The role co-creates multi-year sourcing and product development strategies with regional product teams (US, Europe, APAC) to drive innovation, efficiency, and responsible sourcing. It partners across functions to ensure best-in-class apparel development for technical outdoor markets and to support global brand objectives.
