Manager, Special Investigations Unit

The Manager of the Special Investigations Unit leads ACG’s enterprise investigations program, focusing on serious incidents of fraud, internal misconduct, security violations, and other risks that could impact the company’s integrity or assets. This role develops and executes strategies to prevent, detect, investigate, and report instances of fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct across ACG. The SIU Manager oversees a team of investigators who handle complex investigations, ensuring they are conducted thoroughly, discreetly, and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. The manager also works closely with Compliance, Legal, HR, and law enforcement agencies, strengthening ACG’s defenses against illicit activities and ensuring outcomes of investigations lead to improved controls and risk mitigation.
