About this role

The Manager, Special Projects leads strategic cross-departmental initiatives and directs a team of Associate and Project Managers to deliver projects within scope, time, and budget. This role acts as a liaison between project sponsors and teams, managing agile methodologies, value streams, and digital channel development intake. The position requires close collaboration with the Information Solutions team and Marketing department to align business needs with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-departmental strategic initiatives and manage project delivery
Coach teams and business units on Agile and lean portfolio practices
Manage work intake across Digital Channels Development teams
Act as a liaison between business partners and the Information Solutions team
Monitor and improve team agility using industry-standard metrics

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Communications or related field5+ years of experience in business, consulting, or analytical rolesPMP certification or other relevant project management certification
