The Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations leads accreditation compliance across assigned partner sites, ensuring specialty pharmacy operations consistently meet accreditation and regulatory standards. This role drives accreditation readiness through audits, performance monitoring, and corrective action planning while promoting a culture of compliance and continuous quality improvement. In the absence of a Site Director, the Manager assumes responsibility for accreditation activities and outcomes across the specialty pharmacy program.
