Manager, Statutory Reporting

The Manager, Statutory Reporting is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely statutory financial, regulatory, and tax reporting across the Group, with ownership of UK legal entities and oversight of activities across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions. The role ensures compliance with UK GAAP, local statutory reporting requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance financial reporting processes.
