The Manager, Strategic Partnerships drives philanthropic support for Kiva by cultivating relationships with mid-level and major donors, engaging philanthropic advisors, and developing compelling donor communications. This individual contributor role manages a portfolio of donors, builds pathways to major giving, and translates Kiva’s impact into opportunities for deeper engagement. Success requires strong judgment, writing skills, and the ability to independently manage complex work while collaborating across Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and cultivate relationships with mid-level and major-tier donors and prospects
Develop engagement strategies for donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors
Translate impact data and borrower stories into compelling proposals and donor communications
