About this role

As Manager, Strategic Projects, you will lead a Strategic Project Lead (SPL) team responsible for delivery, quality, and scalability of critical AI data and evaluation programs at Handshake AI. This high-intensity role involves setting operational standards, translating researcher needs into executable workflows, and partnering with engineering and product to optimize internal systems. You will act as the connective tissue between customers, procurement partners, and leadership to drive performance metrics and scaling for frontier AI lab collaborations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of SPLs across complex AI data projects
Drive on-time, high-quality delivery of custom data pipelines and labeling workflows
Translate researcher and customer needs into clear project plans and scopes
Own performance metrics including quality, throughput, SLAs, and margin
Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve internal tooling and systems
