The Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain leads end-to-end sourcing and category strategy for direct and indirect spend within a regulated aerospace and defense environment. This role focuses on building resilient supply chains, negotiating contracts, and mitigating supply risk while ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and FAR/DFARS requirements. The position involves collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, and Quality teams to drive competitive awards and measurable savings.

Responsibilities

Run end-to-end sourcing for assigned spend from supplier sourcing through contract finalization
Build and execute category strategy across direct and indirect spend backed by market analysis
Negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and FAR/DFARS requirements
