About this role
The Manager, Procurement Supplier Performance is a member of the Corporate Procurement team responsible for oversight of 1–2 key BPO suppliers. The role ensures vendor performance meets established SLAs and contractual obligations while supporting continuous improvement and third‑party risk mitigation. It acts as a strategic liaison between suppliers, the VMO, and internal business stakeholders to sustain contract performance and strong supplier relationships.
