Manager, Supply Chain Excellence

The Manager, Supply Chain Excellence leads the end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy and continuous improvement agenda for the Puebla Plant, driving the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles. This role is accountable for embedding a culture of continuous improvement, strengthening operational capabilities, and delivering sustainable improvements in plant performance, productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The position requires a strong manufacturing background, cross-functional leadership experience, and proven expertise in implementing comprehensive Operational Excellence programs.
