Manager, Supply Chain Excellence

The Manager, Supply Chain Excellence leads the operational excellence strategy and continuous improvement agenda for the San Luis Potosí plant, driving the implementation and sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, strengthening operational capabilities, and delivering sustainable performance improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The position requires leading a direct reports team and collaborating closely with various plant areas to ensure alignment, execution, and continuous progress.
