Manager, Talent Advisory

The Manager, Talent Advisory leads the delivery of talent advisory services for an assigned business area or region, partnering with leaders to address people priorities, strengthen organizational capability, and support an exceptional employee experience. This 14-month contract role involves advising on employee relations, performance management, and complex people matters while overseeing the employee lifecycle and supporting talent development initiatives. The position requires strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and experience in an HR business partnering environment.
