Manager, Talent Programs

The Talent Programs Manager at Day & Zimmermann designs, delivers, and continuously improves talent programs to build a high-performance culture and enhance the employee experience. This role leads program strategy and execution across performance cycles, continuous listening, and employee engagement, using data and feedback to drive improvements. The position serves as the functional owner for SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, translating business needs into system requirements and partnering with HR Technology on configuration and automation. The manager also analyzes survey and operational data to identify opportunities, build recommendations, and simplify processes for managers and employees.
